Orders placed after 5 p.m. will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

International Shipping

Currently, we ship orders to the United Kingdom only.
Any orders placed from outside the UK may be cancelled and refunded.


Duties and Taxes

All applicable import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in your purchase price.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly during checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
Customers must email info@shopamara-london.com before returning any item.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping label.
Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
