Returning
Can I return my order? Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 45 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all the corresponding parts and components, and the packaging is intact and in the same condition as when it was received.
- The product has been handled normally and there is no risk of breakage due to improper handling.
- Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the start of the return process.
- The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- We are entitled to charge the customer for shipping costs.
- A return will be processed within 7 working days and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How do I return my order? If your order meets the conditions above, you must do the following to initiate the return process:
- Send an email to: info@shopamara-london.com
- Make sure the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- First and last name of the customer
- Address of the customer
We will then contact you and provide you with the correct return address. Never return the item to the sender's address; we will send you the correct address after your request. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
CANCELLATION
The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:
A. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are fulfilled as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund after receipt of the goods is not possible.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Amara London) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Note for shipments in transit: Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur over which we have no influence. If the goods are already on their way to you, a revocation is no longer possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us in advance of your revocation.
In order to ensure the fastest possible return, we ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of revocation If you revoke this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, except for delivery charges (except for the additional costs that result from choosing a different delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery we offer have), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract and the goods were returned to us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this repayment.
