1. How long will it take to get my order?
Our processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 6–10 business days, depending on your location and courier delays.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please email info@shopamara-london.com as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

5. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Customers must email info@shopamara-london.com before returning an item.
Please note: customers are responsible for the return shipping label, and refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the item.
6. What if I received a damaged or faulty item?
We sincerely apologise if this happens. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@shopamara-london.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll help you with a replacement or refund.
7. What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated 6–10 business days, please check your tracking details.
If there are no updates, contact us at info@shopamara-london.com and we’ll investigate with the courier.
8. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship to customers in the United Kingdom.
